Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at the Derby location on a 4 hour contract. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering a wonderful retail experience for every customer that walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly disposition
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer meaningful recommendations
• Ensure the store is clean, orderly, and well-stocked

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
• Support inventory management and merchandising

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• An energetic, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
